Altar Window
While many elements assist in providing a worshipful atmosphere, the altar is the focal point. The stained glass window above the altar is the first to be installed. The them of this window is “Worship our Risen, Living Lord,” with Christ stepping triumphantly from the tomb on Easter morning. The three quatrefoil windows at the top contain symbols of Christ as Lamb of God and the IHS and XP, the first letters of “Jesus” and “Christ” in Greek. The outer panels depict a variety of Biblical scenes.
