GriefShare
GriefShare Support Groups
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, especially when others don’t fully understand what you’re carrying. GriefShare is a caring, Christ-centered support group for anyone who has experienced the death of a family member or friend—whether the loss is recent or from some time ago.
Our current GriefShare group meets on Thursdays from 6:30–8:30 p.m., February 5 through April 30. While the program follows a 13-week series, participants are welcome to join as they are able. Each session stands on its own, and there is no expectation that you attend every week.
Each gathering includes a short video featuring counselors, pastors, and healthcare professionals, along with personal stories from people who have walked the journey of grief. Time is also set aside for gentle, respectful conversation in a small-group setting, where participants can share, listen, and support one another. Everyone receives a workbook to take home, offering reflections and practical tools for navigating grief in daily life.
Many participants describe GriefShare as a place where they finally feel understood and less alone. If you are grieving, you don’t have to carry it by yourself. You are welcome here—just as you are.
